30th Anniversary of Chris Evert Celebrity Tennis Classic Charity raises $800k

Chris Evert Charities has eclipsed the $25 million dollar mark in the fight to help families overcome drug abuse, over the last 30 years. The 2019 event raised another $800k to the total. WTA Mother Award for Chris Evert

Chrissie was honored at the 2019 Indian Wells tour event, where she was given the WTA Mother Award. It recognizes women who have made a significant contribution to the culture and emotional life of the WTA family; former recipients include Ann Haydon Jones, Judy Dalton, Gladys Heldman, Francoise Durr, Ingrid Bentzer, Youlia Berberian-Maleeva and Evonne Goolagong Cawley. Chrissie was an honoree at Breakthrough NY’s #FutureLeaders Gala, serving to #Inspire these great kids to go on to do great things! Breakthrough NY is a program that aims to assist low-income yourh to break the cycle of poverty, by helping them get into good high schools and colleges.
